Mobile Message Service Terms & Conditions

By participating in our mobile messaging program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Program Description: By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, alerts, promotions) from Cumberland Valley Soccer Club. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
The SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If a player applicant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide the mobile number and consent to receive SMS messages on the applicant’s behalf.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to 717-895-8600 to opt-out. After texting "STOP", you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, and from us to you. Message frequency varies.

Re-joining: If you have opted out and wish to re-join, simply text "START" or "UNSTOP" to 717-895-8600 to sign up again.
